https://growmalta.com and all customers subject to applicable Malta law around the purchase and use of any growing equipment, it is against Malta law to sell or buy equipment for use in any illegal activities, and all products sold by https://growmalta.com are sold on the understanding that they are to be used for lawful activities only. Please refer to section 1 of these terms and conditions for information on your acceptance of these conditions.

10. Sales

All prices quoted are in Euro (EUR) prices include VAT, freight charges may apply.

11. Credit Cards

https://growmalta.com will only accept credit cards issued in Malta, arrangements can be made through our head office to allow for international payments.

12. Delivery Conditions

https://growmalta.com will only deliver to Malta addresses at this time, while it is possible to have items delivered to a P.O. Box is time consuming and can be expensive, https://growmalta.com can make no commitment to timely or free delivery.

It is the responsibility of the receiver to inspect the goods at the time of delivery, if there is any doubt as to the condition of the goods received including the packaging the goods arrive in the order should be signed for as Damaged.

If your order arrives with damaged items you must contact https://growmalta.com within 3 working days of receipt of the goods.

If your order is not received within 5 working days of the date of purchase you should contact https://growmalta.com as soon as possible (within 24 hours).

We provide shipping service to Gozo for orders equal or greater than €100, plus shipping cost of €20. Free delivery service to Gozo on orders over €500 euros.

To minimise the possibility of mis-delivery or theft of delivery it is advised that someone be available at the delivery address when your order is expected, https://growmalta.com will advise on dispatch the estimated day of delivery. Because https://growmalta.com can dispatch orders from San Gwann (excluding rural deliveries) should reach the customer within 72 hours (3 working days) of the purchase date.

13. Returns

Please inspect all items as soon as possible after delivery, all faults should be communicated with https://growmalta.com as quickly as possible to ensure a timely resolution.

Faulty items will be returned at the cost to the customer, if the fault is found to be covered by warranty the replacement item will be shipped at the expense of https://growmalta.com, if the item is found to be either not faulty or that the fault is not a manufacturing fault the product can be returned to the customer once the cost of return shipping is received.

If a product is returned and the fault is found to be a manufacturing issue or other legitimate fault not related to incorrect end use the item will be replaced at no charge, if a suitable replacement cannot be found the customer will be issued with a credit to use in store or on our website.

14. Warranties

All warranties apply to the original purchaser only, proof of purchase must be produced at the time of claim, and all warranties are non-transferrable.

15. Disclosure

GrowMalta discourages any illegal usage of products on the website. We recommend you consult if you are not sure.

The products on our website have no medicinal use. Our products should not be used as medicines or replace medicines.

All illustrations, text, logos on Igrowcan are copyrighted. Commercial usage of the contents is prohibited unless authorised through a written permission from GrowMalta.
